要設定

Remote Dial-in User
Index 1 要新增 User

L2TP with IPSec Policy
要選 Nice to Have

手機端 L2TP 密碼未使用
可以使用 Free ubddns
http://ubddns.org

IPSec預先共用金鑰就是
Vigor Pre-Shared Key
使用者名稱
密碼
要輸入正確
這樣就會通了
